The bill (Reg. No. 9611) amends the laws "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine" and "On Solvency Resumption of a Debtor or Recognizing him Bankrupt" that determine the principles of establishment and functioning of the Guaranty Fund for fulfilment of obligations under warehouse documents for grain.
It also determines that all cornhouses that meet the definition of the Law "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine should participate in the Fund.
The bill determines the status of the Guaranty Fund as a state target specialized institution that performs the functions of state administration in ensuring performance of obligations under warehouse documents for grain.
